I'm 31 today. I've been on The Plan for a year and a month, I've lost 140 pounds, we live in Louisville, I'm applying for a grant to partially fund a photography project that I've already been working on for a couple months (anyone want to write me a letter of recommendation?), B loves her job, I have a new cute significantly shorter haircut and I love my new MacBook beyond words. Things are good. It's scary to say that, but of course I freely say when things are bad so I should step up to the plate and say when things are good. Things are good right now.

That's an incredible weight loss~so impressive. I have to get back in the saddle...it's tough to keep up the effort for a long duration. I'll have to come back here later and read more of your journey. : )

I am a huge believer in the geographic reset. I'm glad getting out of Indy has been so awesome for you both.

My web geek cred may get revoked but I'm not on MySpace or Facebook. And well you know how often I update my livejournal. Thanks very much for the birthday wishes, I really appreciate them. "Geographic reset" is a great a phrase and it really has been wonderful for us.
